In Honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day

"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." - Martin Luther King Jr. "I am not interested in power for power's sake, but I'm interested in power that is moral, that is right and that is good." "We must build dikes of courage to hold back the flood of fear."

Mainspring will be closed for the day in honor of MLK Jr. Day.

To serve more that 100,000 individuals

We will continue accepting seeds and veggie starters in 2025. Gardeners, please keep us in mind!

Many of us purchase a substantial amount of seeds for our own gardens each year. Feel free to share any extra vegetable starts or seeds you may have!
We are one of the very few food banks that accepts produce donations from your personal urban garden.
This is a great opportunity to provide our community with the resources needed to feed families fresh veggies and foster a sense of pride in contributing to urban sustainability.
