Offsite Open Air Pantries

“From our neighbors’ garden to your table, this is what community looks like.”

A donation from one of our many devoted community gardens.

Offsite Open Air Pantries:

These mobile food distribution sites are set up outdoors by Mainspring in community spaces such as parking lots or parks, away from our main pantry building, to ensure food and essential resources are brought directly to neighborhoods where transportation or accessibility may be a barrier. One day each week, these open-air pantries will be hosted at different sites, with days and times listed below. Designed to serve more people in an open, welcoming environment, they provide fresh produce, shelf-stable goods, and meat when available. All food is based on what we receive through the Oregon Food Bank and community donations, and is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Supported by volunteers and local partners, these pantries are flexible and adaptable, operating regularly depending on resources and need. By meeting people where they are, Offsite Open Air Pantries embody a community-driven approach that strengthens connections and ensures families have consistent access to nourishment and support.
