Clean Out.
Lift Up.
Give Back.
Spring cleaning just got more meaningful. Turn the clothing, pantry items, and essentials you no longer need into dignity, access, warmth, and food support for families, seniors, and individuals across our community.
From full closets to full hearts.
This is more than organizing your home. It is a chance to move resources back into the community. What feels extra in one household can become something essential for another. A jacket becomes warmth. A pair of pants becomes dignity. Pantry staples become relief. Hygiene items become care. At Mainspring, we provide clothing for the whole family, along with towels, blankets, and small household items that support daily living.
Spring may feel lighter indoors, but life outside is not always warm or steady. At Mainspring, donated clothing and essentials help meet real need with dignity. This campaign invites people to start where they are, open the closet, check the pantry, and turn one bag into meaningful impact.
Bring what can still do good.

Want your items to go directly to clothing access?
Let us know. Your donation can go straight to Re Thread, Mainspring’s community clothing pantry, where clothing, hygiene products, and household essentials are made available freely and with dignity.
Want to help put food on the table too?
Only 2 to 3 percent of total donated items across the entire year is intentionally pulled to support Thread and Theory. That still leaves 97 percent going straight back to the community through the clothing pantry we all work hard to sustain.
Give the season an even bigger purpose.
Financial support helps Mainspring purchase food and essential items when donations alone are not enough. You can also support immediate needs through our Amazon Wish Lists.
Clean out your space. Strengthen your community.
